Rhiannon developed her interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working as a senior physiotherapist at Cardiff University Hospital for 18 months assessing and treating many necks and backs, working in fracture clinics, specializing in sports injuries of the legs and running exercise classes including Pilates.

Rhiannon left the UK in 2008 and worked in private practice in New Zealand, where she gained further experience in return to work rehabilitation, assessment and programme implementation, post operative return to sports programmes and pilates.

Sinead Holland

Sinead is highly knowledgeable in the management of sports injuries, post orthopaedic surgical rehabilitation and the treatment of knee injuries.

She is qualified in Pilates instruction and uses this to teach many clients with sporting and back related injuries how to become stronger than before the injury to prevent future recurrence.

Ellis Robinson

Ellis is a skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in complicated shoulder problems.  In the UK Ellis worked closely with shoulder specialists and orthopeadic surgeons and as such has developed an excellent understanding of complex shoulder injuries and their rehabilitation.  He is a modified Pilates Instructor and enjoys 1:1 sessions and group classes.

Simon is a Perth trained Chiropractic who has worked both here and overseas in Singapore.  He has a special interest in Headaches, Jaw Pain and disorders of the foot and ankle.  He believes in a wholistic approach and considers diet, exercise, stress, posture and other environmental factors in his assessment.  Simon believes in working with you to achieve your treatment goals.
