Choosing Jogging Shoes
When considering costs what jogging shoes to buy, there are many different factors to consider. You need to decide how often you plan to go jogging, what type of foot you have and the type of shoe that is most comfortable for you.
People with flat feet tend to experience over-pronation, which is where their feet roll inwards when jogging, and they need shoes with more support and stability and may also need orthotics.
If your feet are high-arched, then you may be prone to supinate or under-pronation, which is when your feet roll outwards when you jog. You will need shoes that are flexible and well cushioned. If you have normal feet than you will have a noticeable curve or arch but it will not be particularly high.
Cross trainers are great for those who have a variety of activities in their fitness regime. These joggers are designed to give you extra support for any side-to-side foot movements and are great for any off-track jogging. Cross trainers are generally heavier, but you can hit the gym, park or the great outdoors in them and know that you have great support for your ankles and feet.
