Yes, we offer $9 casual visits passes so you can come down and check us out. No obligations for you to sign up!

How can I book a personal trainer?

Do you provide nutritional advice?

Yes. We don’t encourage crash diets, but promote lifestyle change and the creation of good nutritional habits that will enable you to lose weight slowly and permanently. Please ask our friendly front desk staff to book you in for a consultation for further information.

How soon can I expect to see a change?

We guarantee that you will notice a difference in how you look and feel in just 4 short weeks from starting to train on the SHAPE program with MBS.

Do you offer any specialised programs?

Yes. We offer the following 4 programs:

Wedding Makeover. Special training to help you look fabulous on your wedding day.

Competition Training. Perfect if you want to compete at a fitness, sports model or body sculpting contest.

Shape Program. It will help you achieve a toned and defined physique without stacking on bulky muscles.

16 Week Body Transformation. A special program for those overweight and out-of-shape individuals who want to get back in shape and maintain their ideal weight quickly.

Do I have to be a member to use an MBS personal trainer?

No.

I don’t want to sign up to a membership. Can I still use your facilities?

Yes! You can purchase casual daily gym passes for $9 each or casual group fitness classes (Prahran only) for $10 each.

What does my membership entitle me to?

We have several membership packages for you to choose from to suit your needs and budget.

Gym entry only. This membership gives you access to all our free and machine weights and cardio equipment. You can train at any time during our opening hours.

Gym entry only – Off Peak. This type of membership will save you up to $100 off the regular membership if you don’t mind training between off-peak hours.

Gym entry packaged with Personal Training (option of two or four sessions per week). This gym membership gives you full access to our gym plus X sessions with a qualified personal trainer.

Direct debit and upfront payment options. You can purchase a 3-, 6- or 12- month membership. The longer you commit, the better value for money you will receive.

All new members receive a welcome pack including a complementary Personal Trainer session.

How do I suspend my membership?

Simply come in or call front desk and we’ll be able to assist you suspend your membership. If you wish to resume your membership and start getting in your best shape again, simply call or drop in again. We will need you to sign some quick paperwork in order to prevent unauthorised people from compromising your membership

How often can I use the facilities?

You can use our facilities at any time during the opening hours mentioned above, though some times during the day are busier than others. With an off-peak membership you can train at any time during the following hours: 11am to 4pm; and any time after 8pm to closing time during week days and ANY time during weekends and public holidays, when the gym is less busy.

Do I have to sign a contract to join?

It’s up to you. We offer several membership programs to suit your goals and budget. You can also take advantage of our casual visit passes if you want the freedom to train or workout without a membership
