We'd Love to have you at our studio !!!What exactly is Pilates ?
Pilates exercises as a whole develop strong abdominal, back , butt and deep postural muscles to support the skeletal system and act as what Pilates called the "Powerhouse" of the body. The Pmethod works to strengthen the core, lengthen the spine, increase body awareness, build muscle tone and increase flexibility. Pilates is also an excellent Rehabilitation system for back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip and repetitive strain injuries. Pilates addresses the body as a whole correcting the body's asymmetries and chronic weaknesses to prevent injury and bring the body back into balance.
