I am a new customer, but I already feel confident that I will achieve my goals through my training and guidance from Vit. He is enthusiatic about setting goals for me while taking into consideration my goals. (tough mudder here I come). Our sessions together are Jam packed from start to finish, zero idle time. He pushes me during my session. I hope this to be the beginning of a long association.

About me

I am fully qualified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and massage therapist. I provide personal training services to individuals and groups.My clients range from exercise beginners needing to improve their general fitness, reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, through to athletes involved in physique contest preparation and challenging physical events like triathlons, adventure runs (i.e. Tough mudder) and others. My extensive fitness experience including Break-Dancing, Boxing and Strength & Conditioning will ensure you receive an enjoyable, challenging yet safe workout every time. I will customise a training program specifically for your fitness goals. If you are looking for Bootcamp in Sydney Cbd i do those too :-).

I am Registered Exercise Professional with Fitness Australia , Fitness Network and also Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

If you really want to achieve something in your life then don’t procrastinate, just do it. Successfull people don’t procrastinate. Be one of them, don’t wait for your ,,perfect moment” as it might never come.

 

My nutrition philosophy is:

Nutrition and healthy eating have alway been a big one for me. If you want to be active, healthy and happy, correct nutrition is the key to success. Get your nutrition right and your body will take care of the rest. Get it wrong and you body will respond same way.. Junk in, junk out.

 

The greatest result I have helped someone achieved is:

Client after his knee arthroscopy. After 3 months intense rehab training he was stronger than never before, able to do all the exercises again pain free in his 50’s.

Turkish Get-up

Turkish Get-up -> The best exercise to hit almost every single muscle in your body. Highly functional and you don’t need any fancy equipment. Except one Kettlebell and your own body . Great for proprioception, balance, overral strenght and developing rock solid core while burning massive amount of calories (if done correctly).

I'm not so fit. Do i need to have a certain level of fitness before i can join in the VitFit Bootcamp workouts? (VITFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ)

No you don't. If you pass our Pre-exercise questionnaire criteria, then you are good to go. Our workouts are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels and abilities. 

What if some people are faster and fitter than me? (VITFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ)

Don't worry what anyone else is doing. You are here to improve your own fitness level. All ability levels are catered for so everybody gets a great, effective workout.

What is the Cost of the Bootcamp? (VITFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ

We are unlike other Fitness camps because our members have unlimited access  to all locations and all training sessions. You are not tied down to a specific location or number of sessions per week. You may choose one of these options: 

$120/month of unlimited training - as direct debit (ongoing, but you can cancell or suspend at any time, given 2 weeks    notice prior next DD run) - THIS IS OUR BEST VALUE OPTION JOIN WITH A FRIEND FOR $110 EACH! 

$140 for 4 weeks of unlimited training

$198 for 6 weeks of unlimited training

$180 for 10 Pass - 10 Bootcamp sessions, lifetime 3 months.

$25 Pay as you train 

What happens if i miss a workout? (VITFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ)

Our Bootcamp is ongoing and we don't give any refunds for the session that you don't attend. This policy enables as to keep our fees low. When you start training with us you receive your login details in to our Fisikal system where you will need to book in to the sessions you'd like to attend . This allows you to secure your slot as we can only train up to 18 people at one time. Bear in mind that if you for any reason decide to not to attend and you've already had a session booked this will result in 1 credit being deducted of your package plus you'll be blocking slot for someone else who otherwise could've trained. 

 

 

What results will i get? (VITFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ)

If you come to 3 Bootcamp workouts each week and put the nutritional advice we give you into practice then it is reasonable to assume that you can lose approximately 0.75 - 1 kg of sub-cutaneous fat each week. In other words you will get fit like never before while burning off that unneccessary fat. 

Can i try the VITFIT Bootcamp before joining?

Yes you can ! First session is on us! Provided that you've filled up the medical form a passed the questionnaire well. 

What happens at VitFit Bootcamp?

We do a combination of resistance training using resistance bands, ropes, medicine balls, and own bodyweight. We are also using boxing equipment to teach you how to best use your body and to defense your self in hairy situations shall those ever happen. To wrap it up we combine all this with cardiovascular drills (sprints, plyometrics, intervals, hill/stair training). Our workouts are designed purely for weight loss, toning, functional strength and fitness.

How long is the duration of one VITFIT BOOTCAMP training session?

VitFit Bootcamp is run as an ongoing solution so once you finish your package then you can buy another one (unless you are on our discounted monhtly membership DD option) . The workouts are ongoing so you never stop improving! We operate more like an outdoor gym except there is no joining fee, no administration fee, no queues for equipment, more variety, much more accountability, tons of motivation and flexible timetable. The duration of classes varies between 45 - 60 mins (see timetable for more info on duration of each sessions on our website www.vitfit.com.au)

Will you put my membership on hold when i go on holiday? (VIFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ)

If you are going to be away for 2 weeks or more then please advise us by email and we'll put your membership on hold whilst you are on holiday. Make sure to give as your notice 2 weeks prior your next direct debit run in order to put your membership on hold. 

 

Is this military type of training? (VITFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ)

NO. Military bootcamps can couse serious injuries to members. Military bootcamps should be reserved for the military. Full stop. Our trainier don't shout at or intimidate people, we're here to coach and motivate you so you can achieve your goals in fun and safe environment. Our workouts are designed appropriately and based on scientific research and lots of common sense

What happens if it is raining? (VITFIT BOOTCAMP FAQ)

Our workouts go ahead rain or shine. But in case of some really heavy rain, storm and so on, our Instructor will notify you by sms whether the session will be cancelled or take place in our alternative location. (see website for more info or email us )
